Challenge:
How to price a new disease management product when the company has no experience in the disease management market.

We connected the company to a senior health care marketing executive
with over 15 years of experience pricing health care products,
specifically disease management.
Engagement:
The Microengagement Consultant spent three days on site with the
customer. A pricing model was developed with the uniqueness of the
product offering in mind. This was the only cardiac disease management
product in the market at that time. The model was complete in two weeks
and ready for roll out to sales. Total cost to customer $7,000.
